This project pairs passionate people (through the wishlist) to resources and funding for impact projects. 

Unlike universal basic income, the #PassionBasedEconomy is designed to maximize effort and impact by empowering passion. 

The #Wednesday experiment is a smaller component of the Passion Based Economy Experiment, which is a take off on Google's 20% time.   Google let engineers spend 20% of their time working on passion projects to increase innovation. Those passion projects, driven by individual employees and their desires is the birthplace of Gmail, Adsense, Google Talk and Google Maps.  Never underestimate what we can do on Wednesday with our passion projects.
